When you enter Fairytale Town, visit the Box Office to get your admission tickets to the park! Staff in the Box Office are available to help if you need assistance during your visit. The Box Office sells general tickets, event tickets, and Magic Story Box Keys.

The box office also has a gift shop attached, which sells gifts and mementos. The Gift shop hours are 10AM-2:30PM, Fridays through Sundays.
