We recommend booking as soon as you confirm the date. Online reservations must be made 2 weeks in advance. If you are booking less than 2 weeks away, please call us at (916) 808-7062 to check availability.

Do Fairytale Town members receive discounts on birthday parties?
Yes, member discounts are available for the following party packages: Royal Party in King Arthur’s Castle; Pirate Party in Pirate’s Cove; Green Thumb Party in Mr. McGregor’s Garden; and Enchanted Garden Party. The discount varies by the level of membership.
Memberships are not valid towards Birthday Party guest admission except for rentals in Sherwood Forest and Pooh Corner.

Can coupons be applied towards birthday parties?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any coupons for birthday parties.
What am I allowed to bring into the Birthday party areas?
Pre-prepared food, non-alcoholic beverages, ice chests, cake and paper products are permitting in the park. Alcoholic beverages and barbecuing are not permitted in the park.
If I have a set theme, can I bring my own paper products?
Yes, you may provide your own paper products. Please let us know at the time of booking.
Can we bring in outside entertainment?
Decorations such as balloons, piñatas, confetti, and outside entertainment are NOT allowed into Fairytale Town.
When do I pay the final balance for my party?
For parties in King Arthur’s Castle, Pirate’s Cove, Mr. McGregor’s Garden, and Enchanted Garden Party, the basic package fee is due at the beginning of your party (varies for members) and the final balance is due at the end of your party.
For parties in Sherwood Forest, and Pooh Corner the rental fee of $80 is due at the time of registration and the final balance is due at the end of your party.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Fairytale Town accepts cash, MasterCard, Discover or Visa. We do not accept checks.
What is your rain policy for birthday parties?
Parties in King Arthur’s Castle take place rain or shine; if it rains on the day of your party, all guests will receive a pass to come back and visit on a sunny day.
Parties in Pirate’s Cove, Pooh Corner, Mr. McGregor’s Garden, Sherwood Forest, and the Enchanted Garden may be canceled in the event of inclement weather as determined by Fairytale Town.
